Request account deletion
Use this page if you want us to delete your AstrofyAI account and the data linked to it. This request page is public so you can still contact us even if you no longer have the app installed.
What we need: If you signed in with email, submit that email address. If you used a guest account, submit the UID shown in the app.
How requests are handled: Submitting this form sends your request to our support inbox for manual review. We may contact you if we need to verify ownership before deleting data.

What happens next
- We review the request sent through this page.
- We may ask for more information if ownership is unclear.
- Once verified, we process deletion and remove the linked account data.
- Please allow a reasonable processing window, typically within 7 to 30 days.
If you still have app access, you can also use the in-app delete option. This web form exists so you can request deletion without signing in again.
